THE PROCESS
01
on-site inspection
First, we diagnose foundation failure due to visible movement, cracks, windows and doors not operating properly. There could be a sag in the floor, shacking in the floor due to a poor support system. These and many other factors in construction methods can cause failure, whether it's affected from poor soil conditions, shrink swell, erosion, etc.

On-site Monitoring
GFE will be able to monitor the installation for pre-construction pier applications and or any type foundation installation where the contractor or owner require verification. The charge for this service will be by the hour and will be determined by the location and travel time.

Consulting
GFE will be able to monitor required pile load test, therefore providing the results of the conclusion of the testing. Again, the cost will be determined by the distance and drive time.

FINAL OBSERVATION
For many of these reports we will be able to provide a Engineered stamped drawing and letter of approval. When the job has been completed in a satisfactory manner and has met all of the Engineers specifications, a final letter for closeout will be provided.
